What a difference a few hours make

You know, when the sun is shining, the roads are half empty, people are wandering around half-cut on vitamin D, Henry Street has been freshly hosed down and the road sweeper has just removed a mountain of crisp bags and beer cans from Parnell Street, the city is almost...pretty.
