2400 words today. Good start to the week.
Am especially pleased as my writing week coincided with my discovery of Facebook. I spent many hours during the weekend updating my profile, adding new applications, joining idiotic groups, adopting cyber pets and generally putting a lot of effort into something that means absolutely nothing. I'm ashamed to admit that I'm now a tiny cog in the social networking machine that sucks up my time, energy and self-esteem. In return it provides me with no real sustenance...except for the odd poke.
It's the new emotional fuckwit boyfriend.

where would we be without procrastination?
you can't write all the time.
I've had some people wanting me to go on facebook but blogging takes up enough of my time.
I refuse to join facebook, because I already joined myspace and that was a big enough timewaster in the beginning. Now it's mainly blogs that distract me. :)
2400 words - that's excellent!
Laurie, very true. Just as long as it doesn't interfere with my writing!
Beccy, something's gotta give alright...I can list my blog entries on my facebook though, so I can kill two birds with one stone.
Angie, I'm not a member of myspace but I probably will be at some stage if I carry on the way I am!
