Weeks Like This

Well - it hasn't been the best week so far. I'm still as sick as a small hospital. Last night I felt better and was all set for a writing frenzy, but today I feel rotten again.

I keep telling myself that everyone has weeks like this and that I'm lucky I can just sleep it off instead of dragging it out at work, but I do feel guilty for not getting close to enough writing done.

Hey ho at least I've done a lot of thinking. And I am feeling slightly better today so hopefully I'll be back in the saddle tomorrow.

Have a great weekend y'all!

Hope you feel better soon. If you're still feeling ill, don't push yourself. It will come when it's ready. Have a quiet relaxing weekend.

Fell better soon, if you rest now you'll get quicker sooner.

Enjoy your weekend.

Hope you feel better soon. Don't worry about writing because it'll only make you feel more rotten.

Ugh, that sounds rotten. Take care of yourself and feel better soon. The writing will come when your system is cleared. Hope your weekend is healing and relaxing.

Good advice. No point pushing yourself if you're feeling manky. Like you said, it's been good thinking time at least. Hope you feel better soon :)

Aww Yvonne, getting ill is really the pits.

Mind you, some of my best creative thinking has come when I was ill, floating between sleep and wakefulness. Sounds like you are thinking well too.

Thinking time counts as writing time too!

Take care and get well soon.

Hope you feel much better soon. There are so many bugs going around and sometimes you have to give in to them.

Have a chilled weekend.

Hope you feel better soon. Lots of tea, toast and Spaced/or similar, while wrapped up in a duvet on the couch - this may not be a patented cure but it certainly helps :-)

I hope you're feeling better by now. I know sooooo many people who are sick at the moment - it's so strange. We need some good weather pick me ups.
