SpagBol

I'm actually cooking dinner for once. Ok, Spaghetti Bolognese, but I do cook it completely from scratch (apart from the pasta). Unfortunately I was wearing my work clothes when I was preparing it and squirted tomato paste all down my good cardie. You know, the one that actually looks neat and tidy unlike the bobbly fat knit monsters that lurk at the back of my wardrobe.

In a few days time I'll be writing again, and I am looking forward to it. But the thought of getting on a plane in three weeks' time to THE VEGAS is monopolising any excitement that I might feel about full time writing. I've even started looking up tips for long haul travel...so sad. (And yes, I did know it all before - the fun was in the research. I know...)

That's always the way. I frequently wonder why I can ruin the clothes I don't really like when I always manage to spill stuff down my nice clothes.

VEGAS? Really? How exciting. I'd rather like to have a little look at Vegas, it sounds a bit bonkers. Is it a holiday?

Oh Yvonne, I am impressed, spag bol from scratch. When are you planning a stint on master chef?

I always spill stuff too, but I mainly refuse to wear an apron.

Friend of mine went to Vegas last year and loved it to pieces.

Lots of really good places to eat, apparently.
